Report a guide problem

Include the page, what you expected, what happened, and your device/browser. For a wine or table correction, include the wine name and table shown. Never send passwords or sign-in codes. If you attach a screenshot, remove private information first.

Tickets and orders

Use the seller’s contact details on your order confirmation for payment or ticket issues. The guide cannot look up payments or issue refunds. See the festival refund policy.
